Most people experience rapid weight gain during their tertiary years owing to poor diet, stress and many other factors. Knowing the best ways of losing weight in college can help you make a health conscious decision that is easy and interesting.

The first step to managing your daily health is to drink water throughout the day. Do not consume soda or beverages with high levels of caffeine that are addictive and add large amounts of calories to the diet.
